I made an appointment for the next day for them to replace my garage door opener. I have nothing but great things to say about “Sonny” and his brother. When I submitted my request to “Thumbtack” I had an immediate response from Sonny...he had me take a picture of my garage door along with telling him what its issue was... diagnosed the problem and shot me a quote. We scheduled a time and Sonny was there right on time. His diagnosis was spot on...took him and his brother less than an hour to complete the job. I was emailed my invoice with no hidden fees. Definitely refreshing not to have someone try and upsell you for services not necessary. Will definitely recommend them to all!

What I really like about Sonny is the quick response, same day service and upfront pricing with no upselling. Our garage spring broke, other companies wanted to send out a tech to assess damage and cost. Sonny saw the picture in the request and sent me pricing and when he was available. Came within the hour, fixed in under an hour and our garage was back up and running. He checked all components to make sure they were working well and even replaced the weatherstripping on the bottom. Really impressed and would easily recommend to colleagues, family and friends.

The Moore brothers were professional and did the job quickly and efficiently. Since the job before mine took longer than expected they kept me informed as to when they would arrive and asked if I needed to reschedule. As a former science teacher, I ask a lot of questions about what is being done and how to maintain my garage door. All of my questions were gladly answered. I appreciated suggestions as to how to keep the door maintained so "You won't need us again for 10 years or more."

From the time I submitted a request through Thumbtack until they arrived was less than two hours. They were friendly and persistent. I was warned by several people not to buy Genie equipment and I did so anyway due to a good promotion Lowe's was running. That ended up being a mistake and the equipment was faulty out of the box. Moore Garage hung around a lot longer than they needed to in order to help find a solution and ultimately they did. I'm very appreciative of their dedication to their craft and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Sonny Moore and his brother Steve did an amazing job of replacing our 16' steel garage door. What impressed me the most was their determination to make everything perfect. We live in a 50 year old house with all the settling issues of any home built on sand. Despite the floor sloping at one corner, Sonny determinedly worked the system to get the door to cover the tiny gap. They needed to move the garage door opener up because it hadn't been installed correctly in the first place. To top it off, the steel door they sold me matched the color of our home virtually perfectly. They did a great job. I can't recommend them enough. Super people who go above simply because it has to meet Sonny's standards, not mine. Thank you for a wonderful jobQ!
